Planned activity

This project is developing an advanced modular interoperability toolset, using standardized processes to seamlessly integrate data from next-generation sequencing laboratory information systems. This enhancement significantly increases the efficiency and effectiveness of data sharing among surveillance laboratories, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making in public health.
