Federal Vaccines List

October/November 2012
VTrckS Connection Newsletter

ExIS grantees need to synchronize their ExIS with VTrckS routinely. The Federal Vaccines List is an important tool for this synchronization.

Downloading the Federal Vaccines List in VTrckS

As grantees deploy to VTrckS, they can download the most current Federal Vaccines List at any time from VTrckS using the following steps:

  1. Log on to VTrckS
  2. Click the “ECC” link
  3. Click the “Ordering and Inventory” link
  4. Click the “VTrckS Downloads” link

Subscribing to Automatic Updates

Grantees can subscribe to automatic updates of the Federal Vaccines List by sending a request to the Contact Center. The format of the Federal Vaccines List file is .csv and the file can be easily viewed in Excel. Even if your deployment date is just months away, you should subscribe to this list now to determine how you can make the best use of it.

  • Tip: Create an e-mail rule to direct notifications to a folder. Then, when you access that folder, you will have the most recent Federal Vaccines List.

Want to learn more? Go to the grantee FTP site and view the Federal Vaccines List Information Sheet.
