Do you have new grantee users requiring access to VTrckS, or grantee user accounts that need to be deactivated? We have provided a few tips to help you with this process.
New VTrckS users: Whether you have already deployed onto VTrckS or are in deployment preparations, the process to obtain VTrckS access for a new user is the same.
- New users will need to go through the Identity Proofing process to receive a grid card and access VTrckS. The process begins with the completion and submission of two security forms: 1) SAMS Invitation Request, and 2) VTrckS User Access Form to CDC via the Contact Center.
- Detailed instructions and the necessary forms are located in the VM MM3: Security Access Manual on the FTP site.
Deactivating User Accounts: If you need to have a user account deactivated in VTrckS (i.e., remove their VTrckS access), please submit a request with the user’s name to the Contact Center.
A weekly Applicant Tracking Report is e-mailed to your Designated Proofing Agent (DPA) and your Go-Live Liaison. If they are not receiving this report, please notify the Contact Center.
