VTrckS Grantee Training Environment

All grantees have access to the VTrckS Training Environment with "real life" transactions providing familiarity with the system. Within the training environment, grantees can:

  • Create and Search a Vaccine Request
  • Create and Search Provider Master Data Records
  • Create and Search a Return Order
  • Create and Search Inventory on Hand

Grantee users are strongly encouraged to access the training environment at any time for a "test" drive of what is in store for them in VTrckS.

VTrckS Training Library

The VTrckS Training Library is an online training resource developed for grantee staff and health care providers utilizing VTrckS that offers a variety of reference materials and tools. Access the training library for training resources including:

  • Grantee webinars and quick reference guides
  • Grantee training schedules
  • Provider training materials
  • Business Process Procedures (BPPs)
  • Guided simulations

 

Training Tips

Tip 1: Complete the SAMS Identity Proofing Process to obtain your GRID card.

Tip 2: To log on to the grantee training environment, use training IDs that end in _500 and passwords provided either at the Program Managers Meeting or during training.

Tip 3: Register the appropriate staff for training webinars and practice sessions.

Tip 4: Practice! Practice! Practice! in the grantee training environment before and after your training occurs.

Tip 5: Don't by shy! Ask questions during the training webinars and practice sessions. Training provides a safe and comfortable environment to ask questions regarding functionality within VTrckS. The training team is here to answer your questions and help you learn what is needed to use VTrckS successfully.
