In 2012-2013, there will be a lot of activity happening simultaneously. Manuals and Modules, Flash Calls, Grantee Community Calls, and VTrckS training will occur for different sets of grantees at the same time. CDC has created a naming convention to keep you informed of your commitments and meetings.
For example, if you go live with Spend Plan in June 2012, you are in the Spend Plan June 2012 Wave (i.e., SP 6-12 Wave). If you go live with full VTrckS in January 2013, you are in the Vaccine Management January 2013 Wave (i.e., VM 1-13 Wave). Please keep this in mind when determining which meetings/webinars are applicable to your office.
