The Association of Immunization Managers Program Managers Meeting (PMM) will take place at the CDC Global Communications Center from February 1 through 3. A booth will be available throughout the conference for you to complete the identity proofing process for VTrckS. This process is required to gain access to both the training and production environments. It is important that you bring the proper documentation with you.

The chart below outlines the acceptable forms of identification. If you have already started this process, be sure to visit the booth on February 1 to receive your Matrix Card on February 3.

The second day plenary will feature an update on VTrckS, helpful implementation information, and a demonstration of Release 2 functionality, followed by a question and answer discussion. All attendees will learn about plans for data cleansing /conversion and what training to expect to prepare for deployment. Grantees will then attend separate sessions, depending on whether they will deploy as VTrckS Direct or ExIS.
