Gathering information on accessibility of services, health behaviors, and quality of life often involves developing and conducting a survey. This course, which focuses on how to design and conduct a survey in organizational and community settings, emphasizes feasible and practical methods for data collection.

Audience
This course is intended for people working in public health, including community-based organizations, health care organizations and health plans, nonprofit organizations, education agencies, and state and local health departments.
