Participants learn how to facilitate and implement the "10 Keys"™ to Healthy Aging, a program of preventive strategies to help reduce, postpone, or eliminate the most significant causes of disease and disability among older adults. Participants are expected to establish their own health goals and share what they learn about healthy aging with family, friends, social groups, and faith-based organizations.

Audience
This training is intended for any community members aged 50 years and older.

Duration
2 hours per week for 6 weeks (12 hours).
