A-B-E for Fitness
A-B-E for Fitness (Activity Bursts Everywhere for Fitness) is an evidence-based program that follows recent physical activity guidelines. It includes a combination of exercises focusing on aerobics, resistance training, flexibility, and balance. The program offers a free video library for users in a variety of settings –office, home, and waiting area. The exercise videos are organized by the setting, the body region involved (upper, lower, core), and whether the exercise is performed seated or standing.
