eHealth Internships Available
CDC's National Center for Health Marketing (NCHM) is seeking paid and unpaid interns to work in the Division of eHealth Marketing (DeHM). DeHM manages and markets the CDC.gov Web site and interactive media projects to increase the impact of CDC science and also operates CDC's consolidated call center named CDC-INFO, which provides health information to consumers and health professionals by phone and email. DeHM also provides customer feedback and data from these activities to CDC management and programs to inform strategic planning and agency activities.
Major DeHM Activities
DeHM provides leadership for CDC's eHealth's activities through three primary efforts:
- CDC.gov (Website)
- Interactive Media (Web 2.0/new media/social media)
- CDC-INFO (national contact center – phone and email)
