Funding Opportunity!
Seeking Grants for an Association, a Small Business or for Research

These competitive grants expand and advance CDC’s work with partners on education, outreach, and public awareness activities for multiple chronic diseases that are not currently funded through a CDC and/or the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Heath Promotion (NCCDPHP) appropriations line. This approach will strengthen the science base for prevention, education, and public health awareness that could lead to evidence-based public health interventions to make meaningful improvements in patient outcomes.

Recipients focus on data dissemination, education, and public awareness activities that will shape effective, evidence-based clinical and population-level education and awareness approaches for public health impact and health equity.
