Haiti Earthquake Response

A magnitude-7.0 earthquake struck near Port-au-Prince, Haiti on January 12.

More than 200,000 lives were lost, and another 2 million people were displaced when their homes were destroyed.

CDC supported Haiti’s critical health needs, which included providing care packages and psychological help.
