This form is for CDC TRAIN and TCEO learner support. A member of the Learner Support team will contact you by email as soon as possible.
The Learner Support team is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern time, except for federal holidays. Requests received outside normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
You can access non-credit and for-credit educational activities, and track your learning, including CE in one place—CDC TRAIN. Learners must complete the CE process for certificates in CDC TRAIN.
