State Biomonitoring Grants
Minnesota Department of Health Public Health Laboratories (MDH PHL)
MDH PHL will focus on increasing capability and capacity for ongoing biomonitoring and reducing exposures to harmful environmental chemicals in Minnesota children. The program’s goals are to further expand the Healthy Rural and Urban Kids project (Healthy Kids) to assess for exposure of flame retardants, phthalates, metals, phenols, and pesticides in 3-6 year olds across the state.
