The CDC Vision Health Initiative (VHI) [PDF–1.8MB] and diverse stakeholders have recently produced a report entitled: Improving the Nation’s Vision Health: A Coordinated Public Health Approach. The report presents a coordinated public health framework that seeks to prevent vision loss and blindness, promote eye health, and improve quality of life for all people throughout all life stages.
