Preterm	< 37 weeks gestation	Women with valid data on born alive or dead, infant's date of birth, and date of LMP or EDC. Include live born infants only. Complete and postpartum only records.	Number of live preterm infants divided by the number of live born infants with data on gestational age at delivery.
