Clinic Code Numbers Not on CDC's List of Clinic Code Numbers

Edit Criteria: CDC compares the clinic/school code numbers on the contributor's transaction (data) file to the clinic/school code numbers listed on CDC's copy of the contributor's PNSS/PedNSS code file. Transaction file clinic/school code numbers not on CDC's list of clinic/school code numbers on > 10 records are identified. The field number and name that is edited includes:
