Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension	Women told by doctor they had high blood pressure when pregnant with this baby (during the most recent pregnancy).	Women with valid data on high blood pressure during pregnancy. Complete and postpartum records.	Number of women with gestational high blood pressure divided by the number of women with data on high blood pressure during pregnancy.
Hypertension During Pregnancy	Women told by doctor had high blood pressure when not pregnant, or when pregnant with this baby (during the most recent pregnancy).	Women with valid data on high blood pressure during pregnancy. Complete and postpartum records.	Number of women with chronic and gestational high blood pressure divided by the number of women with data on high blood pressure during pregnancy.
