To submit a presentation title please select “Presentation Submission Form” from the menu list.

Registration fees include continental breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments, and the social event for the days registered. Any non-registered guests for the social events will have to purchase separate tickets. Participation at social events will be limited to the first 100 registrants and will be on a space available basis thereafter.  In addition, a Young Investigator's Award will be presented for the best presentations by research fellows and residents.

ECDRG meeting only – Thursday, September 28 to Friday noon, September 29
$100 if paid by September 1, 2006

ACDS meeting only – Friday afternoon, October 29 to Saturday, October 30, 2004
$100  if paid by September 1, 2006
