Subject: Revised fees for CBRN respirator approvals, effective April 1, 2007

Each year, the Technology Evaluation Branch of the National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory reviews the fees associated with the certification of respirators. As a result of the most recent analysis, the fees for testing respirators providing protection against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear agents have been revised. The new fees were effective April 1, 2007. All applications received on or after that date will be charged according to the new fee schedules.

The revised fees are listed below, by respirator type. If you have any questions, please call the Technology Evaluation Branch at (412) 386-4000.
