National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism (MIPT)
MIPT is a U.S. Department of Homeland Security training partner serving the nation's 850,000 uniformed officers and law enforcement leadership. Our mission is to enhance the public safety through training, professional development and education under the MIPT's Homeland Security National Training Program Cooperative Agreement. MIPT trains the line officer in information gathering techniques to enhance the quality and quantity of reporting. Training and professional development is offered at no cost to qualified participants through the support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency/National Preparedness Directorate, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

RKB Mission: Provide emergency responders, purchasers, and planners with a trusted, integrated, online source of information on products, standards, certifications, grants, and other equipment-related information.
U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board
The CSB is an independent federal agency charged with investigating industrial chemical accidents. The CSB conducts root cause investigations of chemical accidents at fixed industrial facilities. The agency does not issue fines or citations, but does make recommendations to plants, regulatory agencies such as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), industry organizations, and labor groups.
