Food Safety, Influenza Surveillance and Response, National Electronic Disease Surveillance System, West Nile Virus, and General Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity
Key Performance Indicators
Food Safety
- Timeliness is a key component to properly manage foodborne outbreak investigations, assessments will be made accordingly.
Influenza Surveillance and Response
- Early detection of activity would allow more time for prevention messages to have an impact.
National Electronic Disease Surveillance System
- Documentation through CDC's annual progress report and continued collaboration through conference calls with CDC/CSC support teams.
West Nile Virus
- Early Detection and reporting improvements will be observed.
General Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity
- Attend annual CDC conference.
