Girls Inc.'s Program in Action
Girls Inc. is funded to provide Capacity-Building Assistance for Preventing HIV Infections: Organizations that Serve African American and Latina Females.
- Providing mini-grants for training and implementation of the Girls Inc. Preventing Adolescent Pregnancy program.
- Conducing webinars for local affiliates, AIDS Alliance, and Advocates for Youth to build and strengthen HIV prevention programs.
- Engaging young Latina and African American girls and young women in opportunities to advocate for their health, including prevention of HIV and STDs.
