Indicators for School Health Programs (Indicators) data represent the collective activities of CDC's Division of Adolescent and School Health's partners funded under Program Announcement 03004 (March 1, 2003–February 29, 2008) and Funding Opportunity Announcement 801 (March 1, 2008–February 28, 2013).

The Indicators fact sheets provide overviews of activities funded through these cooperative agreements by priority area (CSHP, HIV Prevention, or Asthma Management), type of agency (state education agency [SEA], territorial education agency [TEA], or local education agency [LEA]), and fiscal year (FY).
