Scope of Work
The Regulatory Program Administration Technical Committee will develop guidance for the health department-related administrative aspects of the aquatic facility concept, design, and operation. This will include, but not be limited to, initial facility planning, permitting requirements, plan submission, plan review/approval/changes, facility alterations, equipment replacements, regulatory inspections, pool closures, and public information/posting.
