Idaho
receives funding from CDC’s Division of Adolescent and School Health to
promote coordinated school health, provide HIV prevention education, and
conduct the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS). Idaho’s Coordinated School
Health Program (CSHP) is a collaborative effort between the state’s
Department of Education and Department of Health and Welfare. Idaho's
HIV/AIDS Education Program works with schools, school district staff, state
and local health departments, professional organizations, and nonprofit
organizations to provide teachers and school staff with the knowledge and
skills needed to ensure effective implementation of HIV prevention
education.Providing HIV Prevention Education
