Indicators for School Health Programs
Indicators for School Health Programs provide education agencies with a common set of measures to report annual progress and provide CDC's Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH) with a common data set to report national program progress.
State, territorial, local education agencies, and tribal governments (SEAs, TEAs, LEAs, and TGs) funded by CDC's Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH) under Program Announcement 03004 (March 1, 2003–February 29, 2008) or Funding Opportunity Announcement DP08-801 (March 1, 2008–February 28, 2013) to provide asthma management, HIV prevention, or coordinated school health programs (CSHP) are required to complete the Indicators for School Health Programs (Indicators). The Indicators provide process evaluation data for activities conducted by DASH funded partners.
This page contains resources for DASH funded partners and others interested in partners' activities. If you have questions about the Indicators or any of the resources provided, contact the Evaluation Research Team.
