The data layers featured in this application are open-source from CDC and other organizations listed below. CDC does not vouch for the veracity of data from non-CDC organizations. Please refer to each organization’s website or the data source website for the methodology and limitations of each data layer. Links will be reviewed periodically and updated, as needed.

Note: The vaccine providers data layer, sourced from Vaccines.gov, currently includes COVID-19 vaccine providers who have had or currently have covid vaccine in stock. The layer information includes whether the provider is participating in CDC’s Bridge Access Program. The Bridge program provides free COVID-19 vaccines to adults without health insurance and adults whose insurance does not cover all COVID-19 vaccine costs. This program will end by December 31, 2024. A data layer for flu vaccine providers will also be added by early June 2024.
