Other sources of poor sleep and sleepiness include certain chronic diseases and medications.19 If you think you are taking a medication or have a chronic illness that disturbs your sleep or makes you too sleepy during work, talk to your healthcare provider. See the Chronic Disease section of Module 4 for more information.
