Several groups will support you as you work in the Grants Management Module.
- Provides training videos
- Provides technical support through the help desk help@grantsolutions.gov
- Performs system development, enhancements, operations, and maintenance
CDC’s Office of Grant Services (OGS)
- Answers policy and process questions
- Facilitates business process changes to maximize efficiency
- Maintains user access accounts after initial rollout
