Thank you for your interest in accessing the STLT Collaboration Space!

Next steps

Once we have verified that you are a STLT public health department employee, you will:

  1. Receive an email that includes a link, user name, and temporary password to access the STLT Collaboration Space through the CDC SAMS system. Follow directions in that email message to log into CDC SAMS to activate your account.
  2. Receive an email informing you that you have access to STLT Collaboration Space once your account is activated.
