This map will be used to identify geographical areas or pharmacies where medication adherence strategies or interventions can be targeted by any of the collaborative work between the Wisconsin Chronic Disease Prevention Program, the Wisconsin Division of Medicaid, and the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.
