Ms. Rushenberg is the founder and owner of Pathlab Ltd, an independent clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory that she redesigned in 1993 using “lean” design principles. She was the regional manager for Metpath Laboratory (now Quest) for the five-state central region, while simultaneously managing the Pathology Department of Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Ms. Rushenberg chaired the Jennie Edmundson Hospital-wide committee that developed Standards of Compassionate Service for the hospital.
