Map of Associate Assignments

Public health associates are stationed in state, tribal, local, and territorial public health agencies throughout the United States. At their host sites, associates gain hands-on, frontline experience in their program areas. Associates also participate in planned events such as training opportunities at CDC in Atlanta, Georgia, and online learning.

The interactive map below allows users to search for associates by location. Click on a pin to find the name(s) of the associates working at that host site, by PHAP class year and program area.
