Additional Requirement – 35: Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance is waived, effective January 28, 2021.
Implementation and enforcement of the PLGHA Standard Provision is waived effective immediately. This change is due to the Presidential Memorandum, “Memorandum on Protecting Women’s Health at Home and Abroadexternal icon,” signed on January 28, 2021, which revoked the January 23, 2017, Presidential Memorandum implementing the PLGHA policy, thereby rescinded the PLGHA Policy.
