KristieXPERT OPINION

For lots of you, you may hear about physical activity and think “no way,” especially if you hate to get sweaty or feel like you trip over your own feet if you run to catch a ball. But the cool thing is, being physically active is about a lot more than sports. There really is something for everyone.

A great place to start is by figuring out your own exercise personality profile. If you hate to sweat, then maybe you should try swimming! Or if you like to do things in groups, a dance class might be just your thing.

Then maybe a class like tae kwon do will help work it off while you work out. The important thing is to figure out what YOU like to do, ‘cause it’s so much easier to stick with it if you love it.
