Public Health Law – Spring 2020

2-credit course meeting on Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00. All sessions will meet at Emory Law School, Gambrell Hall, Room 5F (unless otherwise specified).

Evaluation / grade based on:

  1. Classroom participation (15%);
  2. Final written take-home exam (85%)

Reading:

  • Public Health Law: Power, Duty, Restraint, Third Edition (University of California Press 2016)
  • Selected additional book chapters, case law and articles. Syllabus will be updated regularly to reflect any additional readings or the readings will be provided via email.
