Partnering with Health Care Systems to Assess Tobacco Treatment Practices and Beliefs Among Clinicians: Evaluating the Process

We compared anticipated study activities with actual activities that occurred November 2011 to June 2012. Activities included partnering with the hospital community, identifying and adapting a survey, obtaining institutional review board approval, system transitions, and survey administration.
