Select Fields	After screening for the above duplicate records: Exact match of State (field 01), Substate (02), Child's Alphanumeric Identifier (08), Date of Birth (09), Height—English (23), Height—Metric (24), Weight—English (25), and Weight—Metric (26) on >1% of records. Retain the record with the earlier Date of Visit.
