Injuries Among Farm Workers in the United States, 1993
DHHS (NIOSH) Publication Number 97-115
The Traumatic Injury Surveillance of Farmers (TISF) survey project is the first national surveillance project in over 15 years to provide injury data for the entire agricultural production industry (i.e., farms). This data provides sufficient detail to target both specific farm types and farm workers at high risk of work injuries. This document summarizes nonfatal lost-time work injury estimates for the agricultural production industry for 1993.
