2021 Multi-Agency Informational Meetings (Webinars) to Discuss Select Agent and Toxin Reporting Requirements
The Federal Select Agent Program (FSAP) – which regulates the possession, use, and transfer of biological select agents and toxins that have the potential to pose a severe threat to public, animal or plant health, or to animal or plant products – will host two multi-agency public webinars this fall to provide guidance and information regarding the regulatory requirements governing the submission of APHIS/CDC Form 2 (Request to Transfer Select Agents and Toxins), APHIS/CDC Form 3 (Incident Notification and Reporting (Theft, Loss or Release)) and APHIS/CDC Form 4 (Reporting the Identification of a Select Agent or Toxin).
The two webinars, which will each cover the same agenda, will take place at the following dates and times:
- October 6, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm EDT
- November 3, 2021 from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm EDT
All stakeholders from the FSAP-registered and non-registered communities are invited to attend.
