Listed below are the sponsors whose curriculums have been evaluated by NIOSH and meet the minimum requirements for spirometry training established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and NIOSH. The listing includes the NIOSH-Approved Sponsor Number, Sponsor Name, Date of the Last Course Audit, and the Dates on which the Sponsorship (including the initial course) and Refresher Course renewals are required.
