VEHSS brings many different sources of data together in one place, where each is analyzed using consistent methods, and outcomes are reported using uniform case definitions. The different types of data included in VEHSS described below are available for researchers interested in results from individual data sets.
VEHSS also combines these data sources to produce the VEHSS Composite Estimates, intended to provide more comprehensive estimates of major vision and eye health indicators than can be captured in any single data source
