Submit your application by the deadline

• Access the online application at the Science Ambassador Fellowship Application web page.
• Enter your information and answers to the personal statement questions into appropriate sections of the online application form.
• Enter the email address for one person who will complete the recommendation form.
  • Confirm that the recommendation writer received the system-generated email.
  • Follow up with your recommendation writer to ensure they submitted the letter by the deadline.
  • Please do not submit more than one recommendation writer’s name into the application system. Additional recommendation forms submitted will not be reviewed.
• Submit your application by the deadline. Ensure that you have completed all entries and uploaded required materials. Late applications will not be considered. You will not be able to make changes after submitting your application except to update your contact information.
  • You will receive emails confirming receipt of your application and providing updates on the status of your application based on the program’s selection.
