The application period for the 2024 PE Fellowship and PE Fellowship Analytics and Modeling Track is open now though January 5, 2024.
Applicants selected for the PE Fellowship or PE Fellowship Analytics and Modeling Track must commit to a two-year, full-time program and relocate to the assignment location. Most assignments are at CDC headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, however, some may occur in other states or public health agencies. Please refer to the Eligibility tab for additional eligibility requirements.

Key Dates
| September 1, 2023 | Application opens 9:00 a.m. (ET). |

| January 5, 2024 | Application closes at 11:59 p.m. (ET). Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by the deadline. Late applications will not be considered. |
| January 29, 2024 | Begin notifying candidates selected for interview process. |
| Feb. 5-16, 2024 | Interviews will be performed via video conference. |
| Feb. 20 – March 1, 2024 | Begin notifying candidates selected for the PE Fellowship Analytics and Modeling Track. |
| July 19, 2024 | All degree requirements must be completed. |
| August 12, 2024 | Prevention Effectiveness Fellowship Analytics and Modeling Track begin. |
