and equipment.
Champion will accept
shipments at its warehouse until Wednesday, March 20. Advanced shipments
should be addressed to:

Direct shipments
to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta will be
accepted beginning Thursday, March 21. ICEID and Champion cannot guarantee
the arrival of goods shipped to arrive at the hotel before this date.

Security
ICEID will provide 24-hour security beginning with the first day of move-in
and continuing until the exhibit hall is vacated. The ICEID and the Hyatt
Regency Atlanta are not responsible for any loss of or damage to exhibitor
property.
Exhibitor appointed
contractors
Exhibitors may appoint a contractor for installation and dismantling services
and specialty consultants such as computer programming firms. All other
services must be performed by the official contractors.
A notification form
will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Notification on the
exhibiting company’s letterhead is also accepted.
The nonofficial contractor
must: 1) mail (facsimiles are not acceptable) an ORIGINAL insurance certificate
to ICEID Show Management in the amount of $1,000,000 liability to include
general liability and property damage and showing full coverage for installation
and dismantling days (these insurance policies will be verified); 2) submit
the name, in writing, no later than February 1, 2002, of the on-site supervisor;
3) check in at the labor entrance upon arrival at the convention center
to redeem their badges and all work passes for their crew; 4) use officially
designated ICEID suppliers and not sub-contract to other vendors; 5) design
their work schedule to conform to the official installation and dismantling
hours; 6) not solicit business from exhibitors, on site or during the
exposition, including, but not limited to, posting of signs and setting
up service desks; 7) agree to abide by all ICEID rules, regulations, and
instructions provided to the exhibitor; and 8) cooperate with the official
contractor and not interfere with the timely construction of the exposition.
