Information >
Admittance
to the Hall
Exhibitor admittance
to the Exhibit Hall is limited to those individuals employed by the exhibiting
company or those directly responsible for installation and dismantling.
Under no circumstances will attendees, children, or guests be allowed
in the exhibit area during non-show hours.
Children under the
age of 16 are allowed into the exhibit hall during show hours only if
a Minor Release Form has been signed in the ICEID Headquarters Office.
Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit or poster area.
Badges
Each 10-foot-by-10-foot (approximately 3-meter-by-3-meter) booth is allowed
four complimentary exhibiting staff badges (for exhibit hall access only)
and one complimentary attendee badge (for access to scientific sessions).
Additional badges, whether attendee or exhibiting staff, will be $300
each in advance and $350 on site. The ICEID is limited to 2500 participants,
so the availability of additional attendee badges is not guaranteed. Exhibiting
staff are NOT permitted to enter scientific sessions, and are for the
exclusive use of exhibitors to allow access to the exhibit hall during
installation, show hours, and dismantling. The exhibiting firm must certify
that the names submitted for badges are employees of the firm and are
not representatives of suppliers, vendors, etc. The badge is not to be
obscured by business cards or other items. Badges remain the property
of ICEID and must be relinquished upon request from ICEID and security
personnel.
Special badges for
workers, vendors, and installation and dismantling companies hired by
exhibitors for the show are available from Show Management if requested
in advance by the exhibitor. Special badge holders will not be permitted
to make contact with or solicit exhibitors or attendees.
Registration
An Exhibitor Registration Form will be mailed with space assignment notification
and should be returned by February 1, 2002, to ensure preregistration
for your booth personnel. All badges must be claimed on site at Exhibitor
Registration by the person to whom the badge is issued.
After-hours admission
to exhibit hall
Exhibitors should confine their hall activities to show hours and one
hour prior to and one hour after the exposition. This includes support
staff who maintain and clean the exhibit. If other access is required,
the exhibitor must request a hall entry pass from the ICEID Show Management,
which is to be presented to security for admittance.
