簡介
概念圖譜是一種結構性、概念化方法,它爲構想間的關係提供可視性的表現。概念圖譜被用於爲疾病控制與預防中心的預防研究中心計劃開發邏輯模型,這個計劃在全美國有著數量衆多、群體多樣化的利益相關者。已發表的研究,並無使用概念圖譜的方法爲全國性的計劃開發邏輯模型。

方法
使用從概念圖譜方法和計劃資料中得到的資料,建立了兩個邏輯模型。一個用於國家水平,另一個用於地方水平。概念圖譜分三個階段:1)提出問題,爲該計劃的目的和功能建立構想;2)從145個全國性的利益相關者和135個地方性的利益相關者處收集意見,並將構想按主題分類;以及3)使用多變數統計分析方法産生概念圖譜。利用從參加地區性聚會和會議的利益相關者處獲得的反饋意見,以及結構性反饋工具,精化邏輯模型。

結果
全國性概念圖譜包括9組88項說明;地方性概念圖譜包括11組75項說明。各組又分爲三個邏輯模型成分:意見、行動和結果。根據反饋意見,結合兩個邏輯模型草案,最終爲預防研究中心計劃的邏輯模型定稿。

結論
概念圖譜可提供有價值的資料源,建立對計劃的共同觀點,並在邏輯模型內識別意見、行動和結果。我們的概念圖譜方法産生的邏輯模型,對利益相關者來講有意義,並採納了計劃合作者的意見,建立了重要的計劃預期效果。我們的方法或可用於其他爲評估策劃開發邏輯模型的計劃。
