简介
有糖尿病家族史的人士罹患糖尿病的风险增高;但是,糖尿病家族史对医护人员的看病及病人行为的影响尚未得到很好的界定。

方法
我们分析了 2005 年俄勒冈行为风险因素监测系统 (2005 Oregon Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System) 的数据,在糖尿病患者中评估糖尿病家族史与以下各项之间的关系:1) 病人对医护人员看病方式的报告,2) 病人对罹患糖尿病风险的认识,以及3) 与罹患糖尿病风险增高相关的病人行为。俄勒冈行为风险因素监测系统是一项以州为基础,通过随机数字拨号进行的电话调查。

结果

结论
