簡介
我們評估了來自冠狀動脈健康改善項目(Coronary Health Improvement Project, CHIP)的資料,以判定與這一干預措施相關的得到改善的健康行為,在18個月的跟進期間,是否會得到保持還是衰退。

方法
參與者是來自伊利諾斯州Rockford大都會地區的348位報名參加CHIP,年齡在24至81歲的志願者。CHIP是一項透過授課形式開展的4週教育課程。這項干預措施傳授選擇更佳生活方式並改善飲食及身體活動行為的重要性。評估基線時的身體活動和飲食行為,以及在6週和18個月時的行為改變。根據基線時每一變數的四分位分組來評估變化。

結果
